Every change waits for your approval

  • Your AI assistant tells you what will change and asks you before it prepares a draft.
  • Open the approval link: in your WordPress admin you review a before/after preview of every change.
  • Approve it to apply it, or reject it. Your AI assistant can never approve, apply or undo anything by itself.
  • It cannot delete products, or change user accounts, roles or passwords. It sees only the one shop you choose.

Set it up

You need a WordPress site with WooCommerce, and a Claude or ChatGPT plan that lets you add custom connectors.

  2. Install and connect the free AddSynapse Store Assistant plugin

    In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, install «AddSynapse Store Assistant» and activate it. Open the plugin's page, press «Connect» and approve the connection with your addSynapse account — your shop is linked automatically.

  3. Add the connector in Claude or ChatGPT

    Add a custom connector with the server URL https://api.addsynapse.com/mcp. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: add it as a custom connector in the settings.

  4. Sign in, choose your shop and allow

    Your AI assistant sends you to addSynapse to sign in. Choose the shop, review the permissions and press «Allow access» — this starts your 5-day free trial.

When the trial ends

Without a subscription the server simply stops answering your AI assistant — it gets a message that the trial has ended and where to subscribe. Nothing changes in your shop, and the plugin stays installed and connected. Subscribe (€9 per month or €90 per year) and it works again.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Store Manager for WooCommerce is an MCP server: you use it from your own Claude or ChatGPT, with a plan that allows custom connectors. That subscription is separate from ours.
Can it change my shop without me?
No. Tools whose names start with plan_ only prepare a draft. Nothing changes until you open the approval link and approve it in your WordPress admin.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 5-day trial starts when you allow the connection and needs no card. There is one free trial per account and per shop.
What happens after the trial?
It is €9 per month or €90 per year. If you do not subscribe, the connection stops answering — your shop and the plugin stay exactly as they are.
Why do I need the AddSynapse Store Assistant plugin?
The plugin is free and is how the server reaches your shop: it runs the read tools and holds the drafts you approve in wp-admin.
Is this the same as the Store Assistant plans?
No. Store Assistant is a chat inside wp-admin with its own plans. Store Manager for WooCommerce is for working from Claude or ChatGPT. A shop that already has a Store Assistant plan can connect too.
