Getting started

Three steps. No keys to copy, no server settings.

You need a WordPress site (WooCommerce optional) or a PrestaShop shop, and an administrator account.

  1. Install the addsynapse plugin

    WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → the addsynapse Connector zip → Activate. PrestaShop: Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module → the addsynapse module zip.

    • WordPress 6.9+ (WooCommerce optional)
    • PrestaShop 8.1+ (early access)

  2. Click “Connect to addsynapse”

    Open the plugin settings (WordPress: Settings → addsynapse · PrestaShop: the module’s Configure page) and click the button. Sign in or create your free account, confirm your shop — and you are back in your admin, connected.

    • Your shop receives its keys automatically — nothing to copy or paste
    • Your domain is verified by the connection itself

  3. Chat with your assistant

    In your addsynapse dashboard open the site and the Assistant. Try “which products are low on stock?” and then “put them on 10% sale this weekend”. You approve every change in your shop’s admin — and you can undo it.
