Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of addsynapse, the platform and its modules (AI Operations, Sales Agent).

1. The service

addsynapse provides AI modules for WordPress and WooCommerce sites through a plugin installed on your site and our hosted platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials and site keys confidential. Owners and billing members must use two-factor authentication.

3. Your approvals

The AI proposes changes; changes to your site are applied only when an authorised user approves them. You remain responsible for the content and prices on your site.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are per site and module, billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end. Prices exclude VAT.

5. Fair use

Plans include AI usage subject to fair-use limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens the service or violates these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use addsynapse for unlawful content, to attack other systems, or to attempt to circumvent security or plan limits.

7. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. We will notify you of material changes to these terms in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
