How approval works

  1. Claude looks things up in your shop and tells you exactly what it will change.
  2. It prepares a draft — before → after for every product. Nothing in your shop has changed yet.
  3. You review the draft and approve it: with the Approve button on the card in Claude (where your shop allows it) or on the approval page in your WordPress admin. Orders and coupons are always approved in WordPress admin.
  4. Changed your mind? An applied change can be undone in your WordPress admin.

Tips

  • Write the way you would to a colleague, in any language. Claude looks up categories, products and SKUs in your shop before it prepares anything.
  • For changes to many products, Claude first tells you how many products the change touches. A draft holds up to 500 changes; SEO drafts up to 10 products.
  • In Claude, Store Manager also offers ready-made prompts: open the + menu next to the message box and choose Store Manager for WooCommerce.
