AddSynapse Store Assistant adds a chat to wp-admin. Ask in plain words — “lower the price of all red mugs by 10% until Sunday”, “which products are out of stock?” — and the assistant prepares the change, shows you a preview and waits for your approval.

    Raise or lower prices by a percentage or a fixed amount, set sale prices with start and end dates, round to .90 — on one product or hundreds.

  • Stock

    Update stock per product or in bulk, and see what is low or out of stock.

    Name, descriptions, status, SKU, weight, images and gallery; add attribute values, create combinations, set defaults.

  • Categories, tags, brands, attributes

    Assign or remove terms on many products at once. New terms are created only after you confirm.

  • Menus

    Add, rename, move or remove menu items — on classic and block themes.

  • CSV import

    Upload a spreadsheet in the chat and update prices, sales and stock by SKU, with a report of what will change.

  • SEO (Pro)

    SEO titles, meta descriptions and focus keywords for Rank Math or Yoast, shown side by side with the current ones.

    Install and activate

    Install AddSynapse Store Assistant on your WordPress site and activate it. It appears in wp-admin under AddSynapse → Store Assistant.

    Start the free trial

    Click “Start free 5-day trial” in the plugin’s settings. Nothing is sent anywhere before you click, and the screen lists what is sent.

    Ask, review, approve

    Ask in plain words. The assistant reads your data and prepares a draft; you see before → after, approve it, and can undo it later.

Plans count questions, not tokens

A question is a message you send. Tool steps, previews and approvals are not counted. There are no top-ups: when you reach your plan’s questions, the task in progress still finishes — then the chat asks you to upgrade to continue.

What it will never do

  • Create, edit or delete users, or change passwords and roles.
  • Change anything without your approval.
  • Run SQL or code written by the AI.
  • Return your customers’ personal data.
  • Delete products or change URLs (slugs) — no broken links.

Your data stays in WordPress

  • The chat, the tools and your data stay in WordPress — the tools run on your server, with the permissions of the logged-in user.
  • Answers from the service are signed, and the plugin refuses any answer that is not.
  • Your customers’ names, emails and phones are not sent to the AI.
How we keep you safe

Questions

Do I need WooCommerce?
No. With WooCommerce it also manages products, prices, stock, orders and coupons. On a plain WordPress site, menus, pages, banners and page SEO work.
Is the plugin enough on its own?
No. The plugin is a client of the hosted AddSynapse service, which runs the assistant. After the free trial it needs a Standard, Pro or Business subscription.
How does the free trial work?
Click “Start free 5-day trial” in the plugin’s settings. You get Pro for 5 days, up to 20 questions, with no account and no card. One trial per site. Nothing is sent before you click.
What counts as a question?
A message you send. Tool steps, previews and approvals are not counted. Standard includes 200 questions a month, Pro 500 and Business 800.
What happens when I reach my plan’s questions?
There are no top-ups. The task in progress finishes normally; then the chat asks you to upgrade to continue. Nothing is locked or deleted, and Undo keeps working.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your conversations and change history stay. The chat shows a Subscribe button: sign in or create an account, pick a plan and pay.
Can the assistant change things on its own?
No. It reads data and prepares drafts. Nothing changes until a person with the right permissions clicks Approve, and an approved change can be undone as long as nothing else changed the same data since.
What is sent to AddSynapse?
What a request needs: your question and the results of the tools the assistant used. Customers’ personal data is not sent to the AI. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
