Connect in three steps

You need a self-hosted WordPress site (WooCommerce not required) and a free AddSynapse account.

  1. Install the free AddSynapse Store Assistant

    In WordPress: Plugins → Add New Plugin, search «AddSynapse Store Assistant», install and activate it. Then open AddSynapse in the WordPress menu and follow the setup.

  2. Add the connector in Claude

    In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste this address:

    https://api.addsynapse.com/mcp/wordpress

  3. Allow and ask

    Sign in, pick your site and press Allow. Then ask Claude, for example «which posts have no featured image?».

Questions

Can Claude change my site without me?

No. Every change is prepared as a draft. You see it before and after, and it is applied only when you press Approve in Claude. Undo restores the exact previous values.

Does it work with WordPress.com?

It is made for self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), where you can install plugins. Any host works.

What does it cost?
